Delicious organic hummus, perfect as a dipping sauce or for making tasty toasts, handcrafted with raw ingredients from organic farming. It is a vegan product, free from preservatives, colorants, lactose, and gluten. It is mainly made from chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, and tahini (sesame paste).

Properties of this Organic Hummus

Chickpeas are a source of plant-based protein, fiber, minerals such as calcium, potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and others like folates, niacin, vitamin B6 (folic acid), and vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant and strengthens the immune system, as well as supporting various vital functions. They contain only omega-3 fatty acids, beneficial polyunsaturated fats.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is called “liquid gold” because of all the properties and benefits it offers us. It is a superfood due to its high content of omega-9 oleic acid, capable of reducing bad blood cholesterol (LDL); natural antioxidants that help the immune system; minerals and trace elements, mainly calcium; and vitamins, mainly A, D, E, and K. It contains oleocanthal, which is responsible for eliminating cancer cells without harming the rest.

Tahini stands out for its high calcium content, which helps keep the skeletal system in good condition. It also contains phytosterols that help lower bad cholesterol (LDL).
