Chocolate, sweetened with carob, with vanilla. Vegan friendly. Bean to bar. Made by hand from single origin Nicaragua organic cacao beans in a small family manufactory in Altea, Spain. It is different in many ways: 

*it is less processed, to preserve all the best nutrients cacao beans have, 
*it has no refined sugar, because it is sweetened with carob only.
*it has no milk, nor traces of milk, but has soft and pleasant taste, it is totally vegan friendly and does not have even a single trace of animal products, 
*it has no emulsifiers nor other artificial additives, 
*it has no flavourings, but has real products (see ingredients).,
*in our produccion we do not use nuts, so our chocolate does no contain any traces of nuts neither.
*we wrap it into paper, we do not use neither plastic, nor aluminium

 

*without added sugar *without gluten *without milk *without nuts *without emulators * without artificial additives *no plastic * no aluminium

Ingredientes: Organic carob (40%), Nicaragua single origen cacao beans, cacao butter, vanilla bean from Madagascar (0,5%).

A step back

This one is interesting of course but the taste is unfortunately a step back to what you already achieved with your dates products

We undertand your point. This chocolate is liked a lot by people who love carob and not that much by people who don't. So we deffinitively understand what you mean.
